Introduction to the World Wide Web / Email

A combined lesson showing the basics of surfing the world wide web and using email.

Day: 1st Thursday of each month (excluding January).

Time: 9.30am - 11.00am

Bookings are essential. To book contact Bundaberg Library on 4130 4140. Sessions are held at Bundaberg Library only.

The internet lesson is designed to give you an introductory look at how to use the web/email. You are more than welcome to attend another lesson at a later date. However, it will be a revision of the original lesson.

Prerequisites

The lesson is an introduction to internet-based applications, not an introduction to using computers in general. Therefore some experience in using a computer is required prior to attending these lessons...

  • competence using the keyboard (ie. a reasonable idea of where to find the letters and other keys)
  • competence using the mouse (ie. a reasonable idea of how to move and click the mouse)
